Full-Time CDL Route Sales Driver

Job Description:

Eberhard's Dairy is a family-owned business operating in Central Oregon for nearly 70 years. Eberhard's Dairy seeks an outgoing route salesperson to join our team to make deliveries across Central Oregon, with a focus on maintaining and developing new business. This is a local position and the CDL Route Sales Driver will be home every night.

Requirements: ​

  • Have a current class A CDL or eligible to obtain immediately 

  • Clean driving record

  • Stable work history excluding those that are new to the work force;  temporary or seasonal work experience; or where lack of stability of work history that was a direct result of the recession

  • Work full-time 

  • Meet employer’s neat and well-groomed appearance standards

 

Job Duties:

  • Route sales and deliveries utilizing company truck

  • Routes include: Redmond, Bend, John Day, Burns, Prineville, Sisters, Madras, La Pine, and day trip Portland

  • Accessible via phone, text, emails during employer working hours/days 


The successful candidate will:

  • Have a strong focus on sales to include generating new business as well as maintaining and developing existing business

  • Have a commitment to excellent customer service, attention to detail, and an excellent work ethic

  • Be a team player with an outgoing personality

Employment Package/Salary:
This is a full-time position.  Most routes are weekdays only.  Employer is open on holidays but closed Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and Thanksgiving Day.

Compensation:
