Summary

We’re looking for a reliable, self‑directed merchandiser to support milk and ice cream placement at local retail accounts. This role focuses on maintaining product freshness, stocking clean and organized displays, rotating inventory, and ensuring our dairy products are always presented to standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Product rotation — Maintain strict FIFO rotation for milk and ice cream; remove out‑of‑code product.

• Display maintenance — Stock, clean, and organize dairy cases and ice cream freezers to company and retailer standards.

• Inventory checks — Verify stock levels, identify low/out‑of‑stock items, and communicate needs to the distribution team.

• Customer service — Interact professionally with store personnel; resolve basic issues and escalate when needed.

• Documentation — Complete simple merchandising logs or check‑ins as required.

Requirements

• Clean driving record — Must maintain a valid driver’s license and an insurable, clean driving record.

• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work in cold environments (milk coolers, ice cream freezers).

• Early‑morning availability (typical start between 4:00–7:00 AM).

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

• Prior merchandising or grocery experience preferred but not required.
