Job Description:

Eberhard's Dairy is a family-owned business operating in Central Oregon for nearly 70 years in Redmond, Oregon. Eberhard’s Dairy is a stable and well-established business, with strong commitment to producing quality products. Eberhard’s Dairy is seeking a Plant Maintenance Assistant with an excellent work ethic responsible for maintaining the machinery and assisting the Plant Maintenance Manager with carrying out miscellaneous projects as needed.

 Job Requirements:​

• Employer is willing to train. Seeking a quick learner that would like to learn the basics of plant maintenance and cross-train for additional duties within the manufacturing maintenance department. 

• Comfortable working in a continuously noisy environment and handling cleaning chemicals and tools.

• Position requires standing for up to 12 hours lifting, bending, stooping and reaching.

• Stable work history (unless you are new to work force and/or have been working temporary or seasonal jobs). 

• High School Diploma/GED.

• Available to work Monday through Friday 7:00am-4:00pm, plus overtime as needed.

• Neat and well-groomed to meet employer’s appearance standards.

Preferred: 

• Previous maintenance experience. 

• Mechanical background.

• Refrigeration experience.
